Please note that the potential figure for s106 income includes obligations that will be paid direct to Essex County Council and also obligations relating to agreements that may have expired but that are retained as a historic record. The due figure is money we are expecting to be paid to Uttlesford District Council and also to other bodies such as Essex County Council.

Please also note there are date parameters which you can set to either expand or reduce the range of information you are searching on. In order to view or search per district, parish or ward, you must first select the option from the left hand District/Parish/Ward buttons, there is also a reset button to clear previous searches if you do not wish for multiple Applications, Parish, Wards added to your search criteria. Once you have found the details you are searching for just hover over the information/figures/clauses and click to expand the details below, you may need to scroll down to view. Data on s106 dates back to 1980, and you will need to change the left had date parameter to go back further than 2010.
