All information shown here has been approved by Woking Borough Council, and the extent of the information available to the public is also controlled entirely by the authority. Key features include the local Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) dashboard, the Section 106 dashboard, the application lookup facility, and the CIL calculator. CIL

Community Infrustructure Levey (CIL) is a charge that Woking Borough Council applies to certain development to assist with funding within Woking Borough Council to help improve infrastructure. 

Within the CIL tab there is an online calculator  to help you identify how much the CIL will be charged. 

On the CIL Dashboard you will be able to see all of the CIL that has been collected and and how the Council is is being spent. By clicking on the "Ward" button followed by the "filter criteria" option will bring a list of all our wards and neighbourhood forums for you to select. 

S106

Legal agreements are made between developers and the Planning Department. These agreements help to povide local improvements to benefit new residents and the existing community. 

The agreements help to provide work or financial contributions to improve the facilities, services and amenities in the area where building is taking place. 

S106 agreements may still be required in addition to the Community Infrastructure Levy.
