These webpages show all the financial obligations secured by the Council via the Community Infrastructure Levy since its adoption in 2020 and from Section 106 legal agreements signed since circa 2016 as part of the planning application system.

The pages show how much money has been secured, collected and spent overall. They also give greater detail for individual obligations such as the planning permission they were secured from and the infrastructure scheme they were secured to help fund.

Information can be gained by clicking on figures within the main tables, whereby a breakdown of further detail will be brought up at the bottom of the page. Further information can then be gained by clicking on the planning application numbers, clauses, or project names.
