The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is a charge on new development and will be used to fund improvements to infrastructure required in the local area. Use the online calculator for an indication of how much CIL you will be liable to pay for a development

The Applications tab can be used to view CIL information about a planning application such as the Con29.

Further features will be rolled out in the future such as S106 related information.
