This database provides information on Section 106 (S106) agreements and funding across North Norfolk.

Using the database, you can search by:

• Covenant type (for example, Affordable Housing)

The database allows you to:

• View what S106 funding is currently available in your area.
• See what funding is expected in the future through developments that have been approved but where contributions have not yet been received.
• Search for funding opportunities by planning application, parish or town.
• Find out how S106 funding has been spent within your community.
• View details of projects that have received S106 funding and the amounts allocated to them.
• Access the relevant covenants and clauses contained within S106 agreements.
• View the associated deeds for each planning application.

This provides a useful record of the legally binding obligations entered into by developers and landowners in connection with approved developments, as well as how contributions are being used to support local communities.

All planning applications that include a Section 106 agreement are available within this system.

Whilst the database is updated regularly, information relating to more recent applications may still be in the process of being added.
