Welcome to Hertsmere Borough Council's Developer Contributions Database, please use this tool to view all potential, collected and spent S106 and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) funds. This website will update daily.
Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)
The Hertsmere Borough Council CIL Charging Schedule was brought into effect from 1st December 2014.
Please note, CIL is triggered by commencement and payments may be made by instalment in accordance with the adopted Instalment Policy.
Hertsmere Council do not hold a record of how Neighbourhood CIL has been spent by the Parish Councils. For further information on these expenditures, please contact the Parish Council directly.

S106 Contributions
This database contains information on S106 agreements signed from 1st January 2000 onwards.
Please note that Hertsmere Borough Council also use S106 to secure funding for Youth and Childcare Provisions, Education, Highways, Libraries and Sustainable Transport. However, these contributions are monitored and spent directly by HCC. If you require any information on the money received and spent in these categories, then please contact HCC direct.
