All information shown here has been approved by Torbay Council, and the extent of the information available to the public is also controlled entirely by the authority. Key features include the local Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) dashboard, the Section 106 dashboard, the application lookup facility, and the CIL calculator. Planning obligations help to mitigate the impacts of development proposals.

They are often referred to as ‘section 106’ or ‘s106’ agreements. Planning obligations can also include developer contributions and the Community Infrastructure Levy.

These webpages allow the public to see the detailed picture of the Council’s:

·         collection,

·         management, and

·         spending

of planning obligations.

The data is currently available for obligations signed from 2014 to 2023. We will load further data during the coming months.

Where a Section 106/Community Infrastructure Levy contribution has not been confirmed, this will display as £0.01

You can search the data using different filters and drill down into the details of documents.  You can see where we have allocated and spent Section 106 and Community Infrastructure Levy sums.  You can filter most data over a date range.

We update the data on a daily basis.
