Welcome to our Developer Contributions Database. We are in the final stages of reconciling the data to our financial systems and improving the quality of the data. The site automatically updates every evening. We will aim to publish details of bank interest received on CIL as soon as possible via our CIL Reporting web page.
The Section 106 data is combined data for both Babergh and Mid Suffolk districts. Please ensure you filter on DISTRICT to filter out Mid Suffolk data, or Babergh data, if required. Please note that the potential figure for s106 income includes obligations that will be paid direct to Suffolk County Council and also obligations relating to agreements that may have expired but that are retained as a historic record. The due figure is money we are expecting to be paid to Babergh and Mid Suffolk Councils and also to other bodies such as Suffolk County Council.
CIL data also shows as both authorities at first and in order to view or search per district, parish or ward, you must first select the option from the left hand District/Parish/Ward buttons.
Please note that there are also date parameters which you can set to either expand or reduce the range of information you are searching on. Data on s106 dates back to 1974, and you will need to change the left had date parameter to go back further than 2010.
